Serving Southeast Alabama With Purpose

My name is Nate Craig, and it is an honor to serve families across Southeast Alabama as a REALTOR®.

Before real estate, much of my life was shaped by military service. In 2002, after graduating basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, the Army became the start of a journey that would take me from the ground to the air, from combat medicine to aviation, and through more than two decades of leadership, responsibility, and service.

My service began with the 82nd Airborne, where I served as a paratrooper and combat medic, including deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Those years taught me the value of preparation, discipline, teamwork, and steady leadership when people are counting on you.

Later, my path led into aviation as an AH-64 Apache helicopter pilot. That role required precision, focus, and sound decision-making under pressure. Those same principles still guide the way clients are served today: with preparation, clear communication, and a steady hand through every step of the process.

After more than 21 years in the military and multiple deployments, with my final deployment taking place in 2019, retirement opened the door to a new way of serving. Real estate became a natural fit because it allows me to continue helping people through important life transitions.

Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction. It is a major life decision. It affects families, routines, finances, children, work, and the place where memories are made.

My family understands that personally. Military life moved us through several communities, including North Carolina, Savannah, El Paso, and now Southeast Alabama. We know what it feels like to pack up, start over, find your footing, and work to make a new place feel like home.

That experience gives me a deeper respect for what my clients are walking through. 

Some are buying their first home. Some are selling a home filled with years of memories. Some are relocating for work, military service, retirement, or a fresh start. Others are searching for land, farm property, acreage, or a quieter way of life.

Each situation matters, and each client deserves to feel informed, respected, and supported.

Along with my military background, my education has helped shape the way real estate is approached. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. That foundation helps me serve clients with strategy, professionalism, and attention to detail, especially when preparing, positioning, and marketing a property well.

As an MRP Certified REALTOR®, I also have additional training to better serve military families, veterans, and relocating service members. Having lived that lifestyle myself, this part of real estate is especially meaningful to me.

Outside of work, my greatest blessings are faith and family. I am married to my junior high sweetheart, Misty, and together we have one son and two daughters. Today, we live on a farm in Lower Hartford, Alabama, where we are grateful for the values that matter most to us: faith, family, hard work, and stewardship.

I love Jesus, and Psalm 18 has been a meaningful Scripture in my life. It is a reminder of strength, refuge, and the faithfulness of God through every season.

Real estate is about people first. My goal is to help you make confident decisions, understand your options, and move forward with peace of mind.
